对您而言，线上医护人员的身份和平常工作最大的不同是？

线上医护人员对患者的信息量了解不多，如病人具体的年龄，发病症状，有无基础性疾病等等。所以作为志愿者，比较难提供具体的解决方法，导致能给予的支持有限。

How is being an online doctor during the pendemic different from your usual routines?

The amount of information of the patient is likely to be incomplete. Crucial info such as their exact age, symptons, background conditions and so on  may not always be provided fully. Therefore, as an online doctor, it was hard to provide specific solution or support to the issue.

在志愿者经历中，最让您印象深刻的一件事是什么？是否方便简要描述一下？

人们起初对一些新冠肺炎的了解不足，普遍的对疾病过度恐慌且缺乏有效的防控知识。常见的咨询者从完全不了解到了解一部分新冠肺炎的过程中，心理上没有很好的去面对。作为医务人员对服务对象耐心仔细细致的普及防控知识措施很重要。

What was your most memorable experience during the volunteership? Can you provide a brief summary for it?

Many people experience panicing emotional states in relationship to Covid-19. Common inquirees only understand very limited scientifical knowldge of Covid-19 and as a medical staff, I carefully talked many through the essential information related to protecting onself admist the pendemic.

志愿者的身份对您的现实生活有哪些影响？

使我感到个人责任的重大和存在的价值，在生活中多了份牵挂，心思心里总是挂着需要帮助的人。

How did your identity as a volunteer affect your daily life?

It enabled me to feel my personal responsbilities and the value of existance. Since then, my life has an extra aspect to care for; my heart hangs on a string that connects me with those in need.
